Greetings! I’m Selasi (he/him), a talent acquisition leader and executive advisor with over 13 years of experience in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-notch talent with diverse skills and knowledge. I have successfully built and led the recruitment functions of early and growth-stage companies in the SaaS, biotech, and healthcare industries.

My recruitment philosophy is grounded in data and insights, which comprise the foundation for all of my work. I believe in building strong relationships with my team and my clients, creating shared accountability that drives us toward success. My people-first leadership style has earned me recognition from my peers, leadership, and direct reports.

In addition to my work, I am committed to helping others grow and excel in their career as a mentor for early-stage operators in the First Round Fast Track program and have completed a 6-month Conscious Leadership Group training. I am also commissioned as a Notary Public in the state of California.
